To help you document your life during this incredible year, we have assembled a list of questions that we hope can offer you a dose of inspiration. Each question invites you to think about a part of everyday life that has been influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, lockdowns, relationships—and that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

We welcome you to acknowledge your personal stories, take a stance on significant issues, explore new ideas and use your imagination and creativity. We hope that these questions will inspire your memories and thoughts. Feel free to use these writing prompts however you see fit.

So what are you waiting for? Grab a cup of coffee or tea, snatch a pen and start writing the answers in your journal. If you’re feeling a little funky, head to FutureMe, a platform that allows you to send letters to your future self and save your own copy! So this time next year, you can compare your position at the time with that of 2020.
